Coaching for adults

You've been making it work. It shouldn't take this much effort.

Maybe you were just diagnosed. Maybe you've known forever. Either way, you're tired of running on caffeine, panic, and the kind of last-minute heroics that look impressive from the outside and feel awful from the inside.

Adults who are capable, accomplished, and quietly underwater.

Who I see most

The pattern looks something like this: you've built a career, a household, maybe a family. From the outside, you're handling it. Inside your head, it's a different story.

You've tried the apps. You've bought the planners. You've started a system every January. Things hold for a few weeks, and then they don't, and somehow you end up back in the same place — overwhelmed, behind on the boring stuff, and quietly wondering why something other adults seem to do without thinking is this hard.

If that sounds familiar, the issue isn't discipline. The issue is that no one ever taught you how your brain actually works — and most generic productivity advice was built for a brain that isn't yours.

What we'll actually work on

Behavior change is the goal. Systems and mindset both get you there.

My coaching is grounded in behavior change and readiness for growth — which means we work on the practical mechanics and the belief systems that keep you stuck. The "what" matters. The "how" matters. And the "why I keep avoiding this" matters too.

  • Starting hard things

The 90-minute "I'll just check email first" doom loop, addressed.

  • Following through

Closing the loop on the projects you're tired of moving from list to list.

  • Realistic systems

One inbox, one calendar, one task list — sustainable when you're tired.

  • Beliefs & barriers

The stories you've been telling yourself about why you can't — examined honestly, then dismantled when they're not serving you.

  • Decision fatigue

Decisions you're making over and over, made once and templated.

  • Career and projects

The ambitious thing you've been "going to start" since 2022. Yes. That one.

New for August 2026

Want to do this work alongside others? There's a group for that.

Group coaching is its own thing — not 1:1 lite. The ADHD Skills Group: Adults launches in August: a small online cohort working through executive function skills together, with the kind of peer support and shared structure that genuinely doesn't happen one-on-one.

What this isn't

Coaching is not therapy. Here's the difference.

Therapy looks at the past, processes emotions, and works on mental health. It's important, and it's real. Coaching is forward-looking and behavioral — we work on the how of getting things done, week by week.

Many of my clients work with both a therapist and me. They do different jobs.

If what you actually need is therapy, I'll tell you on the consultation call. I'd rather you find the right fit than pay me for something that isn't.

Are you a therapist whose client could use the executive function piece? Let's talk about collaborating →

Before I started working with my coach, I had an extremely difficult time handling long-term projects and goals. Things were either Done or Not Done, and I would feel discouraged over how long something was Not Done, to the point where I would give up or never even start.

After working with my coach for a few years now, I finally feel capable of following through on my goals. I was able to build my portfolio, get through job applications, and now I'm employed and living on my own! Being where I am now felt like a pipedream back then, an insurmountable task that I was already too late for.
